1) Delivery Time: All the items are shipped within 24-48 hours. Team Swabhimann strives to deliver all the orders between 2-5 days (excluding public holidays) under normal operating conditions.

2) Shipping Charge: We offer Free Shipping PAN India.

3) Delivery Method: To ensure safe and timely delivery; we ship through reputed logistics companies like Blue Dart, FedEx or Delhivery. We will email you a tracking number with a link to track your package online. 

Please Note: Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA):

1) Delivery Time: All the items are shipped within 24-48 hours. Team Swabhimann strives to deliver all the orders between 5-8 days (excluding public holidays) under normal operating conditions.

2) Shipping Charge: Currently there is no free shipping available on international orders. The amount charged depends on your country of purchase and will be calculated at checkout.

3) Delivery Method: To ensure safe and timely delivery; we ship through reputed logistics companies like DHL, Aramex or Delhivery. We will email you a tracking number with a link to track your package online. 

4) Taxes & Duties: All orders ship from India. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.
